Users may choose to share personal or sensitive information during conversations. PowderChat does not require users to provide sensitive personal information and encourages users to avoid sharing information they consider highly private or confidential.

2.3 Generated Images

If you use image generation features, we may process and store:

• AI-generated or edited companion images created through the Service

User-uploaded images are not supported at launch. Generated images remain private by default.

2.4 Usage and Technical Data

We may collect limited technical and usage information such as:

• Device type and browser information
• Log data such as timestamps and interaction metadata
• Aggregated or anonymized usage statistics

This information helps us operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, including detecting abuse, preventing fraud, and ensuring system reliability.

Payments for subscriptions or point packs are processed by third-party payment processors.

PowderChat does not store payment card details. Payment information is handled directly by the payment provider in accordance with their own privacy policies and security practices.

4. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

User messages are processed by AI systems in order to generate responses and provide conversation functionality.

Responses generated by PowderChat companions are produced automatically by artificial intelligence systems. PowderChat companions are not human and do not represent real individuals.

PowderChat does not use user conversations to train third-party AI models.

Third-party providers process information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect the information they receive in accordance with applicable privacy and security obligations.

AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. PowderChat companions are intended for conversation, entertainment, and personal exploration purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Conversation content and generated images may be stored in our systems to support Service functionality.

Users may delete individual conversation histories with specific companions from the Chats page.

Users may also delete their entire account through the Settings page. When an account is deleted, associated personal data, conversations, and generated images are removed from active systems except where limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or financial recordkeeping obligations.

Backup systems may temporarily retain limited copies of data for a short period as part of normal system operations.

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

6. User Choices and Controls

Users may:

• Update their account settings
• Delete individual conversation histories with specific companions
• Delete their account from the Settings page
• Contact us with questions about data practices

Users may also limit certain analytics tracking through their browser privacy settings.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activities that occur under their account.

Privacy-related requests may be submitted through account settings or by contacting us.

7. Children and Minors

PowderChat is intended for users aged 18 and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a minor without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete such information.

However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
