PowderChat is a web-based AI companion platform that provides text-based conversations with artificial intelligence companions designed for exploration, guidance, and emotional support. Companions operate according to defined roles and behavioral boundaries.

PowderChat and its AI companions do not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional services. Content generated by the Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

2. Eligibility

PowderChat is intended for users aged 18 years or older. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally permitted to use online services in your jurisdiction.

If you believe that a minor is using the Service without appropriate consent, please contact us.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of the Service require an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. AI Content and Limitations

The Service uses artificial intelligence systems to generate responses. AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.

You acknowledge that:

• Responses are generated automatically by AI systems
• Content does not reflect human judgment
• You are responsible for how you interpret and use any output

PowderChat does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of AI-generated content.

6. Nature of AI Companions

PowderChat companions are artificial intelligence systems designed for conversation and entertainment.

Interactions with companions should not be interpreted as real relationships, emotional attachments, or human guidance. AI companions do not possess feelings, intentions, or personal awareness.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including chat messages.

By using the Service, you grant PowderChat a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and use such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated responses and companion images are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Subscriptions, Points, and Payments

PowderChat may offer free and paid subscription plans, as well as point-based purchases for certain features such as image generation.

• Prices and subscription terms are displayed at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers
• PowderChat does not store payment card information

Except where required by applicable law, all purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable.

Purchased points do not expire and remain available for use while the user's account remains active.

Subscription billing cycles, cancellation procedures, and other payment details are disclosed at the time of purchase.

9. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service—including software, designs, companion characters, prompts, branding, and platform features—are owned by PowderChat or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POWDERCHAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO POWDERCHAT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including for maintenance, updates, or operational reasons.

We are not liable for any interruption, delay, or loss of access to the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
